そのヒント。3年前に民間の医療保険制度移行したときの自己責任のシステム。ワクチンで予防できる（例えば麻疹）感染症になった場合、自己管理レベルがよろしくないということでペナルティとして翌年以降の保険料があがるそうです。略
一昨日会ったRIVM[Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment]の担当者が嘆いていたのは、略・・・

人智学派コミュニティーが関係する麻疹流行はヨーロッパではよく報告されます。

オーストリアStyria県で2009年3月最終週に5人の麻疹患者。同年5月まで35人となり、人智学派コミュニティー内25人（12例が同学派学校の生徒）。2008年では、同県5人、Salzburg県内同学派コミュニティーと関連した発症は少なくとも394人[投稿者注※参照]。同派の麻しん予防接種なし。

An ongoing multi-state outbreak of measles linked to non-immune anthroposophic communities in Austria, Germany, and Norway, March-April 2008

2008年1月から同年4月14日現在、259人（Austria 202, Germany 53, Norway 4)となった麻しん患者の78.5% (201)はオーストリア Salzburg 市の particular [anthroposophic] school and day care centre に関係した。Salzburgに滞在したスイスの同派学校の生徒1名が流行1週前に麻疹発症している。

The majority of the pupils were not vaccinated against measles.

Preliminary results of the outbreak investigation indicate the possible source case – a student from an anthroposophic school in Switzerland who visited the anthroposophic school in Salzburg city with colleagues. That student became ill with measles during their stay in Salzburg on 7 March [2008], a week prior to the primary outbreak case in the anthroposophic school in Salzburg (13 March [2008]).
